They are “the largest rural lifestyle retailer in the United States,” or – as Supply Chain Now co-host Greg White puts it: “Disneyland for plow boys.” As their Chief Supply Chain Officer, Colin Yankee is doing his best to make sure that consumers can engage through a number of distribution channels without any loss to their overall experience.
